At The 3YV, we stand behind the quality of our collegiate lifestyle apparel and accessories. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

## 2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

- **Timeline:** Returns must be initiated within **30 days of receiving** your order
- **Condition:** Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- **Tags:** Original tags must be attached and intact
- **Packaging:** Items should be returned in original packaging when possible
- **Proof of Purchase:** Original receipt or order number required

## 3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Customized or personalized items (monogrammed, embroidered, or specially printed)
- Items purchased from clearance or final sale sections
- Undergarments and intimate apparel
- Items with signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Items without original tags
- Bulk orders (10+ items of same style/color)

## 4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. **Contact Customer Service:** Email [help@the3yv.com] with your order number and reason for return
2. **Receive Return Authorization:** We will provide you with a return shipping label and return authorization number (RMA)
3. **Prepare Package:** Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the RMA number on the outside of the package
4. **Ship Return:** Use the provided label to ship your return (prepaid)
5. **Inspection:** Upon receipt, we will inspect the item within 5-7 business days
6. **Approval/Processing:** Once approved, your refund will be processed

## 5. Refund Processing

- **Refund Timeline:** Approved refunds will be credited within 5-10 business days after inspection
- **Refund Amount:** Full purchase price minus any applicable discounts or promotions applied at time of purchase
- **Original Payment Method:** Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- **Shipping Costs:** Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

## 6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. To exchange an item:

- Follow the standard return process
- Specify the size, color, or item you'd like to exchange
- Once your return is approved, we'll ship your replacement at no additional cost

## 7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

- **Report Immediately:** Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage
- **No Return Required:** Defective items may qualify for replacement or refund without requiring return
- **Replacement:** We'll ship a replacement item at no cost
- **Full Refund:** If no replacement is available, a full refund (including original shipping) will be issued

## 8. Sale and Clearance Items

- Sale and clearance items are **final sale** and cannot be returned or exchanged
- These items are clearly marked at checkout
- No exceptions will be made for sale items

## 9. International Returns

- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Returns must comply with all applicable customs regulations
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency minus applicable international transaction fees

## 10. Return Shipping Address

Please include the RMA number with all returns. Return shipping address will be provided in your return authorization email.

## 11. Refund Deductions

Refunds may be reduced by:

- Restocking fees (15% for non-defective returns in some cases)
- Return shipping costs (for non-defective returns)
- Any damages beyond normal wear

## 12. Exceptions and Special Cases

- **Team/Bulk Orders:** Custom exceptions may apply; contact us for details
- **Gift Purchases:** Gift items must be returned by original recipient with proof of purchase
- **Change of Mind:** While we accept returns for change of mind within 30 days, exchange-only policies may apply

## 13. Damaged During Shipping

If your return is damaged during shipping:
